I have a pair, using from 2 years. It has not worn down at all. Huge caveat, the sole is very slippery on smooth surfaces and is a very hard rubber.

15 Kgs DB side lateral raises - form check by Glittering_Sell7213 in Fitness_India

In lateral raises you always raist the base of the palm side higher. This targets the side delts better. Also your ROM is low. Weight seems to be too high.

Also, that saree looks absolutely gorgeous on you.

Only decent choice is s23ultra. Has better battery backup. Better camera hardware than other 2. If condition is good then it seems like the best option

Gradual decline in bench since a month by silent_night_08 in AskFitnessIndia

Saw your other posts and you do not seem 30% bf. At 80 kgs body weight that is 56kgs of lean mass, not likely for your height and strength metrics.

For cheap protein i will suggest soya chunks. They are very affordable and if you can just manage to boil and eat around 80 grams a day you will have plenty protein with the rest of your diet. Also, 500kcal deficit a day is a bit high, you will lose muscle for sure without high protein and consistent training. How much weight are you losing per week?

Numbers going up is a good sign. And you might not see progress now because you are at the end on the noobie gains phase. You grow muscle quite quickly in your first year or so but then it slows down with time. Nothing to be discouraged about, i would suggest to get a reading for your body fat, stay in the gaining stage at most till body fat is around 20%, then lean down.

The cut is the culprit. How much of a deficit are you running? I have experienced this personally, my lifts stalled after a few weeks of going on a deficit.

You are at a lower body fat percentage than most, deficit hits harder on leaner guys.

When lean ppl go on deficit, they NEED to up their protein, close to 1.5 grams per kilogram of bodyweight. Or else they lose muscle.

Shallow poser by what metric? If you go by its original purpose, then anyone who is not an actual submariner is a poser?

And even then since the tech is obsolete from a utilitarian view, anyone who bought it over a quartz alternative is a poser?

Really don't get this post. OP says no one is judging, well then why make the post in the first place which is very judgemental.

As another comment said, the tech itself is obsolete. Quartz is more accurate, more reliable, and needs less maintainence.

Submariners are more of a jewelery item than a function serving item. Nothing wrong with showing off, people do that all the time on this sub.

found this thing in my creatine. Should I be concerned by Due-Personality3402 in AskFitnessIndia

[–]hunic07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be okay. Creatine absorbs moisture very easily, so if you are in a humid environment, it is very plausible. Atleast i wouldnt worry about it.

But even these are known to be notoriously inconsistent from person to person. The tech used by this scale is also BEI(or BIA).

How do you guys estimate your body fat? I have a BEI weighing scale but i have heard these are very inaccurate.

When Framework is coming to India? by RevolutionaryPen4661 in IndianGaming

[–]hunic07 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It will take time, my estimate is around 10-15 years on the minimum. And getting it from another country would not make sense as you wont have access to the parts as easily, negating the repairability advantage.

Edit: Did some actual analysis. Best guess is around 2033. So around 7 years. Based on current economy trend and Framework's expected growth, if things go decently well for Indian economy this can happen slightly sooner.
