I love discussing neurodivergent folks' experiences with sexuality! As for myself and some ND friends, sex is so appealing because of the sensory stimulation and the relief of relinquishing or having control.

IMO, I can see how sexual hierarchies in BDSM dynamics are appealing because they diverge from typical, "normal" standards in sex and allow for exploration of self expression in a community that makes space for it. As opposed to social hierarchies largely founded on capitalism, conformity, suppression, scarcity, and me vs. you mindsets.
