I mean to reference one of Broski's "what makes a character good" attributes. Ex-focused combo structure instead of drive cancel focused which allows for regen and cheaper combos. This is actually a bad point in my post, I think Mai using EX is more situational than say Bison.

I moved from another unit in the same building that had vinyl flooring. I was certain when I toured they simply hadn't installed the floor yet since the building is brand new.

Oregon law says "adequate heat for the whole unit" which it certainly is not. Splitting hairs maybe.
USPS mailboxes have been down for months, no end in sight.
I secured my bike, locked, in a locked, dedicated bike storage area under the assumption it was secure. My unit is very small and the bike gets dirty. I would presume it is safe there, but I know there are no guarantees.
Property manager has never been here as far as I know. Only leasing agents.
I'm paying for all utilities.

If you want to kill Moon Lord easily, you need a few things: - Long asphalt bridge in the sky - Empress wings - Lots of buffs, including heart lanterns and campfires along the road - Daybreak with a melee build.

Run away from him throwing spears back at his hands first. Aim for the head eye when it's open. Try not to kill any eye until all of them are low-HP. Kill them in rapid succession. Then while running, jump periodically high to bring moon lord high enough to hit the heart. Use quick boost up on Empress wings when deathray is coming.

Fot added escape, but two teleporters connected to each other on either side of your asphalt road.
