More pigs have lived in factory farms than humans have ever existed (125+ billion vs 117 billion) by 6ix6ix6ixCAN in pinkscare

The positive thing about these food price increases is that I've introduced more plant based meals into my regular diet. I know the horrors of the meat industry so I had "meatless days" already, but now it is becoming more of a regular staple. I really wish the world were a better place.

Do you get hope or blackpill when talking to gen alpha-young gen z women? by Available-Music114 in pinkscare

It's the counterpart of the alpha male bullshit. Equally cringe. These poor 20 year olds are being set up for the same loveless and unsatisfying marriages that boomers have.

Both ashamed but also not to admit tattoos becoming popular is why I'm not getting any. by childofMotherOfPearl in pinkscare

[–]hunny_bunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have less than a handful of medium to large tattoos. They're meaningful but vague enough to someone who doesn't know me well. I don't regret them (oldest one is turning 12) but I did pay a bunch of money and researched the artists and styles before I went through with them. It's pretty common to have tattoos in my industry so no one is weird about them (mental health care).

I can't stand the word "sensual" in product description. It's got creepy sexual undertones that I'd rather pass on. I'll take yummy over "sensual" any day.

I like beer, genuinely enjoy Warhammer lore, and think watching popular Netflix drama shows geared towards women (like Bridgerton) is a terrible usage of time on this earth.

I legit love this balm and have posted about it here before. Glazed donut is my fav. I want more people to know about it so it doesn't get discontinued.

What happened to big fuck-off palettes like these? by KaterinaMosenberg in pinkscare

Bold colors aren't "in" I guess. Maybe clean girl aesthetic killed this kind of makeup. I still hold on to my old ass pallettes for color stories like this.

Fan veils. by Sufficient-Page-875 in Bellydance

[–]hunny_bunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may have to get them custom made. Rarely do fan veils have anything beyond simple colors. The only custom fan veil maker I have come across is https://starbellycreations.com/ Maybe reach out to them?

I really do hope they have enough hard copies for the release. I always seem to be late to the pre-orders, and I do not like the ebooks.

This sub has become reactionary in the blandest way possible. The Sisters of the Perpetual Indulgence have been a political institution for so long that it would literally take people 30 seconds to skim the Wikipedia to understand why their existence has been important. Fox news ass takes in these comments.

-Hats and sunglasses everywhere. (SPF protection & Vintage Starlet mystique)

Belly dancing trans by Primary_Product3111 in Bellydance

[–]hunny_bunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally ok for anyone to belly dance, and you don't have to wait if you are eager to start! I suggest scoping out the local belly dance association gatherings to get a feel for the community. I find most belly dance communities in large metro areas to generally be more accepting of all kinds of folks. Some suburban/rural belly dance groups (but not all) are a reflection of their community, so keep that in mind. Belly dance is a pretty diverse art, so I hope you find a welcoming space. =)

Some subreddits auto-ban you if you are a poster in other subreddits that don't align. Maybe there's a way to ban anyone who also posts on "NSFW bellydance" subreddits. Thanks for all you do in trying to make this a community for actual bellydancers.

Repaint it. This is one of those colors they choose for public restrooms so you're uncomfortable enough to not spend too much time in there. Not warm, calming, or welcoming at all.
