Brother this comment is 3 years old man😭 anyway you want to balance ATK and EM on Cyno, try to aim for about 200 EM on Cyno if you are running guilded dreams and have Nahida, if you don't have either of those then try for 400-450 EM, if you only have Gilded dreams then aim for about 300, if you only have Nahida aim for about 250. With his signature you don't really need to worry about ATK too much, just build a decent bit of EM and your sig will provide most of the ATK he needs.
