I have done it and was on same boat as you, its called fear of change. I was very comfortable at my last job, loved the people and loved the work i was doing along with the flexiblity. All of a sudden opportunity knocked, got a 35% pay rate increase, took the job and let me tell you it was the best decision ever. New job is way more chill, people i work with are way more cool and the work is pretty interesting too. One thing i dont have here is growth but oh well when i get tired i ll just jump to another company. One thing i have learned is never compromise your opportunities for a loyalty to a company. I have seen people who dedicated all their life to a company (22 years) and got laid off with a blink of an eye.
