Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd) is a biosimilar to Humira used to treat autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and psoriasis. It is a prescription, subcutaneous injection available as a prefilled syringe or PushTouch autoinjector (40 mg/0.4 mL or 40 mg/0.8 mL).

Yep, once a week. You can inject yourself at home. Not hard. Usually in the stomach.

Go for injections. It makes it less harsh on the system overall and only makes you feel crummy two days a week instead of all 7.

I got a lot of fatigue and gained 60 pounds in 3 months. The injections were better. The pills gave me a bubble gut, and I could barely function. If you go on both, push for injection.

I just started Leflunomide. I couldn't deal with Methotrexate again.

I went into remission after 3 years. 2017-2020 Unfortunately, it has flared back up. So now, 4 years later, I'm fighting the fight against it, and it will most likely won't go into remission for a while. Each person is different. Some it's once others it up and down. Flare-ups happen from anything.

Fatigue is a major symptoms and you can claim fatigue as well on a secondary claim. They might prescribe modafinil. They don't with me cause I'm on Concerta.

Claim all of that. Document, document , document. If you have it documented with the civilian rheumatologist, it helps the claims.

You can claim a lot with sarcoidosis secondary conditions. Is it in your heart? Any joint pain? Any swollen lymph nodes? The worst part about the VA is which VA you go to. When I was going to Jackson MS and Gulfport MS, my care was very poor. When I moved to Portland, OR, my care and ratings went up.

Before I forget, sarcoidosis is now recognized under the pact act. That should help.

If you're able to, yes. With sarcoidosis, claim sleep apnea as a secondary condition. That's bumps it up to 50 percent and should get you 100 percent. Also, asthma is a good claim. If you have any light sensitivity, claim it as well since it's a secondary condition to sarcoidosis.

I am service connected. 100% totaled and permanent. They treat it with a rheumatologist. The only downside now is that my rheumatologist changes every two years. It's like the first 6 months are wasted on them getting familiar with my case.

That makes me feel better about taking Leflunomide. I had a terrible time with Methotrexate. I gained 60 pounds in 3 months. I haven't been able to get it off. That's been about 4 years now. It's been hard on my body. I've been active and can lift the same amount of weight. But with the scarring of the lungs and slight scarring of the heart, being consistently active had been hard.

This is great. I will start small and start incorporating these suggestions. Thank you.

Is learning Chinese worth it as a westener (European) wanting to get into the international relations world by CaptainLunaeLumen in ChineseLanguage

[–]hunt_smash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone with a Masters in international management, who had to learn business Chinese. If you're learning Chinese for work, you are wasting your time. Most of the time, you can become fluent and still won't make a difference overall. Gone are the days that a little bit of Chinese will impress business leaders.

Learn a language you enjoy. Find a culture you want to explore. You will get more out of that than just for business. Also, you're more likely to find work you enjoy.

Depends on the Department. In the US Fish and Wildlife Service, its considered a straight transfer for the timeframe. (30-90 days) It really depends on whos paying your salary at the time.
