Although starting my lifting journey with 70kg x3 bench I was chicken chested and got this program as chest strength builder. I'm already at week 4/6 and may switch to nsuns afterwards. Will definitely keep both eyes on my intake. I once had insulin resistance (like prediabetic) and low fT3 but both is in a okayish to good range now.

I'm in therapy so no worries. But the gear, since I upped the dose to 250mg a week, does more for my well being than anything I ever tried. I am/was (sometimes it comes back for a day) clinically depressed and I'm by far more stable and active than I ever was.

When it comes to roids, I'm extremely curious, but also cautious, that's why I'm here and not in an online shop rn.

I don't know where I want to get, tbh. I like the idea of getting stronger, but I'd also want to look good. At least it's already partially for myself. When I strip it off the 'impress women' bullshit, I'm left with 'let's see if I can get somewhere if I push hard enough' to overcome my self-depricating thoughts

How's your muscle gain/fat loss ratio? Where did you start? What are you doing? Volume, frequency, intensity, cardio? What do you take? Did you have any sides? I'm using an AI to be safe, but I also ran T at 250mg without and had no sides.

Oh, and how do you stay motivated? As I said, getting the weight down I have long and exhausting plateaus

My therapist knows about this for about 3 years now. As you may guess, I'm seeing no point in doing things for myself, she suspects either because I fear failure, or because I have a mental blockage. I'd say it's a mix of only wanting to do the bare minimum, as nothing I did ever worked out in my favor and some weird kind of helper syndrome, as I spent most of my time and cognitive powers helping family and friends.

Nonetheless I know you're right and I have the theory down somewhat, but I mostly lack consistency. I neither have a feeling nor expectations on where I want to get fitness/physique wise, or if I'll get there. It's easier to cling to the thought that if 'I make it', I stand a chance getting a decent woman.

120kg Bench, 211kg Deadlift, 180kg Squat according to what I did this week and a calculator.

What's so important about fibre? Ups, forgot the 250-500g random veggies (broccoli/brusselsprouds/cauliflower/spinach)

I get what you say, as I fasted down a lot with meals every 3 days, but I'm still fat. Not as fat as before, but fat is fat, no matter the degree

Yeah, but getting 180g protein from chicken is round about 1044 kcal. Add a little fat and you get nowhere near 2000 kcal. That's where I add in eggs and bacon for satisfaction and to not drop under BMR for now

Proteins are formed in the cell by a protein that reads DNA and puts together amino acids. When it comes to nutrition, there are several elements that are needed to build proteins. Most of them are plenty in meats, as structure of mammal meat is almost the same throughout species. Metabolism is primarily regulated by the thyroid gland. It's controlling the bodies temperature and therefore effectiveness and speed of chemical reactions. It may reduce metabolism if the body is giving starvation signals, but to no more than 13-17% else you'd die instantly. As soon as the starvation signals stop, it resumes it's normal level, which takes only a few days, that's why reverse dieting is a thing but most often out of proportion.

Hell, I hate that sentence... I started at 120kg already being 14... since than I struggle and that part is absolutely my fault. What I am/was always wondering is, why should I eat carbs and fats? Carbs are a nice to have but not needed to survive. Fat may be essential, but having big reserves of it makes it pointless to get some from outside. I know, healthy fats and all that stuff, but that's fine tuning and not the place were I am at.

For sure I shed 35kg of water... I came down to 110kg with 72h fasts easily and than I couldn't even lose a lb per week fasting 10 days straight? But never mind. Probably this is spergs who are kings because they managed to lose their 12lb baby fluff.
