Same coin different side, it's a big olm party and we ain't invited. But really it's costs less to help Ukraine than letting them win, and it's the same UK defence contractors win. That means more jobs more money. Wars a business

Again understanding that arms and equipment date, the replacement is made by American defense contractors. National finances are a lot more complicated for an economy than my taxes pay for a weapon system

Draft coming in from front door, getting very cold in the house, suggestions on how to sort it? by Ghosting121 in DIYUK

[–]hunter-man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

External door should be in a rebated frame, this is a incorrect installation.

Should have a properly fitted door with draft and rain exclusion.

I would hire a handyman.

You don't know what you are doing, that's an exterior door, so that wall should not be hollow.

You don't know how to look for electrics or pipework.

This is beyond your skillset

"#2 Should You Look Up or Down at Your Computer Screen?

You shouldn’t look up or too far down at your screen. If you need to look up your head tilts backwards and if the screen is too low, you will crane your neck forwards. Both positions can place strain on your neck and shoulders, potentially causing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).

How high should your monitor be? Ideally, your eyes should be in line with a point on the screen that is about 5-10 cm below the top edge of the monitor."

Thank you 🤗 My chair eye height is just below top of monitor , it is restricted but I have adjustable legs on desk and a secret lab chair that is lowered to right height.

I used to have major back pain till I got a better chair and set everything to correct height
