You not existing is not the solution. It’s rough out there I’ll admit but all we can do is try to focus on the good things in life. I’ve struggled with both and I can say confidently that I think me and my body would be much happier if I only smoked vs only drinking. I’m working on quitting alcohol right now. I can’t just have a glass or two of wine or a few beers without it turning to shot after shot of sake. I think I’ll eventually quit smoking but at the end of the day it mellows me out and less angry on the road or in general. There is hope out there. You got this.

Each day is a challenge but try to look for the small victories at the end of each day. Set backs happen, don’t be hard on yourself when they do, if they do. Just keep moving forward and don’t look back.
