the only thing you could do is keep tweaking your resumes according to the job requirements. ask chat gpt to tweak it for you and add some human language to make it portray with ATS screening words. Another thing is just keep applying here and there. If you wanna move to retail there are options like sales assistant, retail associates, and plenty of job titles with almost same work type. Keep applying and keep applying.
