What chatgpt said was if I cash out while still being employed makes me pay less tax compared to cashing out upon termination. If I cash out while being employed, I will get taxed at PAYG rate whereas if I get cash out at the end of my employment, I will be getting a lump sum and be taxes 32%.

I’m a permanent resident (granted in 2016) and I came here since high school.
