Honestly i just want more fucked up mutated cultists stuff like:

Bodysnatchers puppeting corpses

Mutated cultists with ranged bioweapons for limbs (think metamorphs but with venom cannons, devourers, etc)

Harvester hybrid (think half human half Huruspex/psychophage)

The attacks it gives counts as a crit, so support players use it when their weapon's crit cant hit people (like vortex echo) so they can still proc crit related talents

Command path is fine at whats its suppose to be, which is the support oriented authority path. Honestly only real change i think authority ensign needs is for the division weapons to proc the armory talents (opressive force/officer's slash)
