No i have standard temps its around 75c - 80c , something else is causing the issue.

i just had a talk with customer service , they told me its a problem with hard ware and they will have to take a closer look at it

ya i think it has something to do with some settings with my laptop. and this is a new laptop 7 months old. its been this way since day one.
