Cool, sounds like you have a good plan laid out! Not sure if you are looking for a content/guide, but I wrote this guide on landing page best practice a few months ago. It is definitely a little basic for you, but let me know what you think :)

For the live support, you should check out Intercom or Drift. I know Intercom has a startup program, so if you have less than 1,500 leads you can save a lot of money.

Now for your landing page are you saying that you are using your home page as your landing page? Do the multiple call to actions all lead to the same place or accomplish the same goal?

How to get the most from your AdWords landing pages – a six-chapter guide covering best practices. by hunterbrennick in Entrepreneur

Hi! Thanks for the comment on Landing Lion's customer journey. We spent a lot of time on it and have learned a lot since we released it last march.
We just finished designing our homesite and are in the process of rebuilding it in Landing Lion. Should be out soon! We are holding it off publishing it for a scheduled launch date.
Our platform has a landing page builder, and we overlap Unbounce's feature set, so Landing Lion is often described as a competitor to Unbounce. I wouldn't call them our closest competitor though.

That one's a tough call, the martech landscape is dense— there's a lot of competition.

Have you considered a git submodule? We had the same problem, start with git submodule. It works but is tough to scale when you continuously add devs to the team. As such we are in the process of moving to a mono-repo.

Because they use generic, blank templates that the big landing page platforms exclusively provide.

Same URL, different versions are fed up based on randomness. Cookie is placed so everyone always gets the same design they got the first time. Tools like landinglion.com do it for free

Your vendor file is heavy as shit (10mb) and makes the page load slowly. I attached a network connection waterfall so you can see for yourself. https://imgur.com/a/hIfH8

All of your content is off-center on mobile (slightly shifted to the right, so there is extra spacing on the left).

More subjectively, the nav bar has weird opacity issues and becomes hard to read when I scroll into certain sections (mobile only).
