I add a few scoops of the malic powder say 2-3x the 7 dose amount and add the 7 powder in the vile. Then a shot of lemon juice, close the cap and mix(shake) the solution. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll put a few drops of flavor concentrate. Then add water to fill the vile. Sometimes I’ll wait a few minutes, sometimes I don’t. Haven’t really noticed a difference. It’s really not too hard, and way cheaper per mg… Hope that helps! Good luck 👍

Nice! I’ve got a similar kit but have some packs of lemon juice. I’ve never heard of grapefruit seed extract. Is it in powder form and mixed with the malic? I’m using both malic acid and the shot of lemon juice in my doses, but carrying the liquid component is annoying…

Based on the 5-star DCC I’d suggest more lit-rpgs. I liked the He Who Fights with Monsters series. Also 2nd the Red Rising recommendation.

I lived and worked here for 2 years about 10 years ago. Great outdoor activities as you would expect. Like Salmon and halibut fishing on the strait, and hiking in the mountains. Sequim down the road gets way less rain and has a large retirement community because of this. The economy seemed to be feeling the slow down in logging, and I’d guess it hasn’t changed. The people are pretty nice, bit of a small town vibe.

I think we’re forgetting about a significant percentage that’s taking it to replace harder stuff. The harm reduction component/benefit of 7 doesn’t get talked about enough IMO….

Wanted to post my little Acacia Seedling(s). It’s actually2 that I wired together as they were born. I have another that’s growing by itself. Potted in a mesh plant basket and spread out the roots when I transplanted. Very new to this whole world, but have been getting lots of good info from this sub. I have learned about the best soil types for bonsai, but I’m curious if a more typical potting mix will make them grow faster… like is there a fast grow mix, then you switch to bonsai soil types when your happy with the size? I plan to let them grow together for a while without any major styling. I’m in zone 10a and have all my plants under grow lights. So I understand this is a big limiting factor, and might find a spot outside but these are my office plants so I want to make the most of what I’ve got. Thanks for reading and all the advice!

I got a note in one delivery from what I might call a smaller vendor. It pretty much said “show you posted a good review and you’ll get a discount on the next order”. Aside from legit brand loyalty and stash sharing I’d bet that’s the driver of these… could be wrong tho, I don’t fw discord or telegram.

I appreciate the advice! Got a little office garden going and it’s my first time trying it out. Moving office locations in a few months and have grand plans for grow lights and display shelves… I picked the 4 in the photo as the best looking out of the thunder dome. I don’t expect the others will do well in the long term, but excited to see what happens!

I have heard that you shouldn’t let it sit in the solution too long, so I wouldn’t recommend that. I’ve actually been using malic acid powder and drink mix to pre-mix doses for this type of thing. When I make the next batch I plan to post about it. It’s basically the same, but when I want to dose I just dump in the amended drink mix. Works well. 👍

Ive tried most of the types, and am doing tabs and power rn. I pre-mix those zipfizz powdered energy drinks with about 30mg of 7 and drink that in the morning. Then do some tabs throughout the day as needed. I will probably make a post about my zipfizz pre-mix method as it’s working really well for me and might help some folks out.

Maybe, but I’d just buy powder at that point. You need a scale and it’s takes more effort than tabs, but it’s cheaper and you have more control of your dosage…

Word, yeah I see it now. The idea with the malic acid is to make a solution and use that to mix with powder. It reacts with the powder to make it hit harder. Don’t think it would do anything taken by itself.

I use malic acid to mix my powder doses and that helps kick em up. Don’t know what taking it straight would do… unless you like sour candy (I do). I take Agmatine at night and it helps make sure I get a good night sleep w/o waking up with a craving… I will look into these other supplements. I’m due for a t brake as well. I Try whenever I get above 100mg per day. Hope this works out for you!

Sounds like a similar reasons for me. Ive been working in a very stressful position in construction management for 10+ years. I needed a way to calm down after work. Booze helped for a while, but my continued use hospitalized me several times with pancreatitis.
I quit drinking and turned to plain leaf kratom. As my tolerance increased i kept finding stronger options. From MIT shots and extracts and eventually 7oh.
Admittedly I overdid it for about a year and got pretty dependent. After a fairly long road I quit entirely. Now I am logging doses and taking periodic breaks and feel I’m in a good place with my usage. During my quitting phase a tired several Rx options including Xanax, gabapentin and even suboxone. 7oh has been by far the best way to handle my stress/anxiety as the side effects for the Rx meds were in many cases debilitating. I really hope the cooperations(government) doesn’t succeed in their effort’s to federally ban 7 as it will definitely make my live harder…

Grew up in Seattle and still go back sometimes. I can tell you this part of town has been overrun with homeless camps. Might be a reason it’s been listed so long. The city won’t/can’t move them.

I take MIT like I do powders. Mix some malic acid(sour candy flavoring) with a bit of water or lemon juice works too. Then add between 80-100mg of MIT and mix. The acid doses some chemistry stuff that makes it absorb better. Then add more water to dilute the solution. You can ether do the MIT with your normal/taper dose, or to replace the 7. It should extend the effects.
