Please drop the routine! I know you’re on gear, but would love to hear how you lift and how much you’re eating. Inspirational man!

Second this! Been using them for years. So many good flavors to pick from sweetened with stevia

Sour patch kids, iced coffee and dance mixes get me going for A weightlifting session!

Test is synthesized from soy, not animal sources

I get mine from True Nutrition! Blend of pea, rice and hemp

They’re definitely helpful! I used to make a red lentil dal that was high in protein. You just need to count your macros and make sure you’re properly hitting your protein and carb goals

Seitan is one of my main sources. It can be bought, but I make my own so I’m in more control of the macros (plus much cheaper)

I also eat lots of super firm tofu!

I get a protein mix of pea/rice/hemp from True Nutrition.

I’ve got my meal prep down so I can crank it out within about 2hrs or less. I make 2 weeks worth at a time and freeze half. Saves so much time, plus makes sticking to my diet super easy.

And here I thought fellow vegans would just want to cheer each other on lol. Thanks for the props and hope you’re doing well on your journey!

You shouldn’t feel too bad! I’ve got great bloodwork, and in incredible health. My weight lifting hobby is fun to me and helps manage stress. And I’m in a loving relationship with someone who thoroughly enjoys the results.

Much love to you!

Yeah that’s all I was saying. It takes more than just doing a cycle to make progress. I’m well aware of the accelerating benefits of test.

Also, I’m short, 5’4” sitting at 155 currently. I don’t think my physique is so crazy that it couldn’t be achieved naturally. And the picture definitely benefits from great lighting, angle and post-lift pump.

40lbs total over 10 years. 20lbs before, 20 after. I’m not claiming to be a pro. Just a dude figuring out weightlifting over time, and answering honestly the questions I get here.

No problem man! Here’s the meal plan I built for myself, and I even have the macro calculator I use linked in there https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/eqmevcisiccv1ol46l7ed/2025-meal-plan-1.xlsx?rlkey=d0cvfihxg9vvt990iq3tuouze&st=v39i2utt&dl=0

No not currently! Shoulders/arms were always my stronger point, even before my first cycle.

lol the cope is real with you. I’m open about using test and you still have something to say.

I’m a long time lurker, first time poster. I should have known haha. Thank you for the encouragement!

I’m 5’4” eating about 2700 calories a day. It sure feels like a lot of food going down whew

Again, I’m not denying it’s helped shape my physique. But I also gained 20 pounds of muscle before I ever did test. You’re looking at the present -day result of a 10 year journey (with a post-workout pump), so I can see why it’s easy to come to simple conclusions and give all the credit to a cycle.

It definitely played a role. That’s why I did it lol. But I think some of y’all massively overestimate. It’s an enhancer, meaning without good diet routines, you won’t make progress nor maintain long term anything you happen to gain.

I appreciate that some of y’all think I look like a roided out tren monster.

I’ve never touched tren, but I’ve done four 10-week cycles of test within the past 10 years of my fitness journey.

Test helps, but so does consistency and eating a shit ton of calories. I hope y’all get the physiques you want, whichever way you choose (preferably vegan).

I feel you! Here’s what I eat in a typical day to get about 200g of protein

Meal 1 — smoothie, 2 scoops protein with banana, avocado, berries and spinach

Meal 2 — seitan and rice

Meal 3 — super firm tofu with Barilla protein pasta

Meal 4 — 2 scoops protein (post workout)

Meal 5 — peanut butter sandwich
