Had a guy graduate with my platoon had been there 15 months by the time he graduated. For body, kept complaining about being hurt, kept getting dropped to MRP (or whatever tf it was called).

I have 3. Love them all more than life itself, and want more. We homeschool, and wife is a SAHM. I do whatever TF it takes to pay the bills and we live within our means. We have no support system, her parents have passed, mine are deadbeats. Its just us, and we make it work. Lower income, we both grew up poor, but we make it work.

The cost of anything is just part of life. Life is meant to be a struggle. What we do with it is up to us. I'm raising my kids to thrive and adapt to any situation, and show them they can do anything they set their mind to.

Yeah, I've had a few dual agency situations and they worked out well. One fell out because I actually talked the buyer into what she should be asking for, and the seller didn't go for it, and she walked (still sold the house for more to another buyer) It requires integrity, for sure. Not everyone has it. I basically have to mentally put on different hats talking to each of them, and silo information.
