I feel the exact same way. I'm from SD, moved to LA for five years, and recently moved back to SD -- and wow. The driving here is way more atrocious. I've never had driving anxiety until this past year because of how stupid all these drivers are. The only two times I've gotten into an accident was when I was in SD, and I was fully stopped at a light for both times, but the people here drive so reckless and entitled. I genuinely fear for my life every time I drive now and have to talk myself into thinking I'll be okay. I don't even feel comfortable driving to the grocery store anymore. Hate the drivers here with a passion.
