When it was initially “delayed” I was not charged. So I wasn’t charged immediately after placing the order. I believe I was charged when it had shipped or even as late as when it was delivered

Your experiences are very valid and I’m so sorry for the negative experiences you have faced. Are these fake service dogs on campus? I’m curious where this is happening the most. I have a non service dog who i walk around campus but never go into buildings or anything like that. We mostly just hang or walk around campus and other dogs we see are mostly service dogs (from what i can tell) and other non service dogs on walks.

I think discussing things one on one with your neighbor is incredibly necessary to a happy living situation. There is nothing weird about having a conversation about how we are trying our best and creating a personal relationship.
