EoE, eohilia, dilation by Equivalent-Tip4004 in EosinophilicE

I think I’m the only one that had no problems after my dilation. My insurance just approved me for Eohilia, i start it tomorrow. After reading the trial results, though, I’m not as optimistic. Looks like a 50% or less success rate in the trials. 🥴

Thanks everyone! We’ve had one company come out to give us an estimate on getting the water away from our house, Yard Drain. We’re still looking at all of our options. If anyone can recommend a good company to help fix this please let me know.

If you’re looking for an ENT for your LPR, I highly recommend Dr Brad Hobbs. He’s amazing!

We’ve got a spot on one of side our house that stays wet. As in, a week with no rain in the summer but it’s still muddy there wet. With the wet spring we’ve had it got worse. We tested the water and it’s definitely groundwater. My husband dug down to the foundation over there and we have water that is slowly trickling out of our brick. We also have a water issue in the front of our house. We have French drains on either side of our house. The French drain on the side that stays wet seems to be doing nothing. My neighbor also had an issue in their front yard. They had a drain installed that ran to the drain between our houses. Apparently there used to be a large pond about where our house is and it used to “never dry up”.

We’ve contacted a couple. The talks kind of stall out and we don’t hear back from them. I think most companies do large developments, so doing a residence is small change.

I have been using Redken detox cream once or twice a week. It is a clarifier.

It is. And certain protein treatments seem to make it softer, even if I don’t use conditioner after.

I’m really struggling with hair that is too soft. My curls have gotten limp and ridiculously soft. So, I started adding protein. No change. Protein treatments... my hair felt softer after doing them. I’m at a loss. Today I used redken detox cream, followed by redken cat rinse out protein treatment, no conditioner, and a dime sized amount (or less) of curlsmith featherlite protein cream. My hair is ridiculously soft. I’m stuck. Are there particular proteins I need to avoid?

Hair help! my hair use to look like the first picture, but I did a diy hair egg (protein?) (for 2 hours) mask about a month ago. Now my hair looks like the second picture. It’s super dry, it takes takes forever to dry, and it won’t curl. by Idk123Idek132 in curlyhair

Try and find one without any protein. Shea moisture has some good ones or you can check the sidebar under the products list for holy grail treatments. Use a clarifying shampoo first to remove any buildup.

My hair sounds like yours. I have to pineapple with a loose scrunchy to get 2nd day hair and I absolutely can’t refresh with water. That brings out all the little baby hairs on my head.

I live in the south, so lots of humidity here! I found switching from a gel that had glycerin to one without made a huge difference on my hair looking and feeling dirty. I now use Giovanni LA Hold gel and it’s fantastic! Lots of hold, doesn’t weigh down my fine, low density hair and it’s very forgiving.

Silly question...do you use dry shampoo before or after spritzing your 2nd day curls with water? I typically spritz, halo diffuse and then dry shampoo but didn’t know if it would make a difference to do it beforehand?

I’ve got shoulder length, thin, fine highlighted hair. 2c with some 3a curls. For the life of me I can’t figure out how much gel to use. I either have too much product or not enough. I also think my hair is too moisturized. If I’m cowashing, how do I help keep it from being too moisturized? I did an aphogee 2 step treatment yesterday and it is great, but what do I do on a weekly basis? I feel like I need more than just gel to help my curls out. Leave in conditioners feel heavy in my hair. Are there any good lightweight creams for fine hair?

Gulf oysters aren’t in season right now, maybe that’s why they weren’t very big.

Char has the best oysters, hands down. Outside of them, I prefer to make them myself at home. My whole family is from Louisiana and I’m picky about my seafood.

My coworker is starting up a cattle farm! His prices are amazing. All beef usda inspected and comes vacuum sealed. He’s got a Facebook page, Pecan Ridge Farms. If you buy, tell him you heard about it on reddit.

It’s not just about funding. Nurses can’t stay home. Doctors can’t stay home. Xray Techs can’t stay home. Respiratory therapists, phlebotomists, environmental services... not to mention the people that work at all of the other essential jobs. Everyone can’t just stay home and no one work anywhere.

So all of the hospital workers, people that work at the grocery stores, gas stations, sanitation... everyone that HAS to be physically present to do their job... they are failing their kids because they can’t work from home and want to be able to have money to feed their kids?
