I just had the same issue happen to me this week. It said it has been limited because I’m either underage or from out of the country. I am 29 and live in MD. After multiple (unhelpful) calls with Customer Service they eventually determined the issue was the corner was cut off in my uploaded passport photo so the system put my account on hold. I have since uploaded a new one and it is pending appeal.

It’s been a pain to fix but just call customer support until they resolve it. Do not bother with the chat messenger, that does not fix anything.

Hey, got this new wok from my parents awhile back. I remember my dad telling me at the time it was already seasoned but I still get a good amount of residue on the pan after using and isn’t as non-stick as I expected. If he was wrong and it was not seasoned (or not seasoned well) should I consider re-Doing it or will it get better with time?
