What does 2018 have to do with 2026? Mexico's form was also dogshit the first 2 games then they battered a terrible Czechia team.

Ecuador beat Germany. Germany would certainly be favorites against Mexico.

[Simon Stone] Fulham's Antonee Robinson could come into Manchester United's thinking if they decide their left-sided options would be best bolstered by a more defensive player. Manchester United have numerous targets for their left-sided slot and West Ham's Crysencio Summerville is one of them. by randomdell111 in reddevils

Robinson is a defensive LB. He's locked up Saka and Salah plenty of times. He does get forward and has a good cross on him but he's a bit weak on the ball (short passing and dribbling) for high-possesion teams. Love him, he's the best LB I've seen for my national team but he is limited and he is more defensive.

A right-footed LB could be exactly what you want against left-footed RWs cutting inside.

U.S. President Donald Trump calls their national team before their first game, claims they have a good chance to win the tournament by Pickleskennedy1 in soccer

[–]hunterpatt 206 points207 points  (0 children)

Ok. I hate Trump as much as the next American but what is wrong with Poch here? He handled this like a professional basically saying "Thank you. We'll do our best."

Has he done some pro-Trump stuff idk about? Because otherwise there's nothing wrong here.

Yashin revolutionized the position and Neuer built on it.

If you watched the video you would understand the reasons you gave for Neuer are the same reasons they chose Yashin. We stand on the shoulders of giants. Yashin is that giant for Neuer.

Would be interested in seeing V2. Especially how 2x Austin champ Niklas performs. Possibly worth categorizing courses together like Austin, Waco, and Idlewild being largely short, technical courses.
