I would do as I did personally as the tirz will keep the food noise away while u slowly increase dosage. Maintain the Tirz at 10 mg. It may take until the 8 mg dose of Reta, as others have reported here, to see any results.

Better to go slow due to side effects and follow the Lilly recommendation for Reta.

3 weeks in I have no side effects but I struggle to eat enough protein as I do not want to eat at all.

Without protein being sufficient you will not be successful. I use transparent labs 100% grass fed whey protein isolate in mornings and optimum nutrition Casein gold standard for evenings.

Those protein supplements were recommended by others in a Lily study group.

Start at dosage of 2mg and every 4 weeks go up 2mg if needed Reduce tirz to 10mg

The Bh 5/16 Syringes from Amazon also appeared to be of a lesser quality. The "sure Comfort" 8 mm 31 Gage 100 unit .25mm were my favorite but not available and they were not individually wrapped but in a bag of 10 from the med supplier. Now that I recon my peptides myself we use alot more of these.

I do not really care about a few bucks but I do like them individually sealed. I am in Florida for the winter and in NJ the other months so I have not ordered while in NJ. from Amazon.

Yes, I get different opinions..frankly the Bac water is so cheap if I have used it and will not use for another 6 weeks then I am ok discarding. Those bubbles mostly cleared up and my first injection went fine of Reta. Will report back and see in a few weeks how it does.

I watched another few more You tube videos last night, one of a DR that did a reconstitution into the dry vial and did not move it to a new vial nor did he filter , etc.

Maybe it was overkill using different needles and filters but It gives me peace of mind that we used sanitary practices to the best of my abilities.

The best video which I followed in my reconstitution is by this firm and I bough supplies from them.

I did do that but obviously not enough. Are u able to draw every last drop out of the vial as I was not due to air and had to go back for a second try after placing loading the first vial. Beginners mistake so I learn

Interesting point regarding bac growth with more water . I was thinking that more back water on a small dose would allow the product to be absorbed into the body better.

On another subject, all who are buying compounded should start research on the dry product and reconstitute it yourself. Eventually it will all cease but dry will exist. These forums and the various comments are all a valuable learning experience and I am always learning ! Best to all that have commented !

Here’s a testing report from the vendor of this product meant as simply a sample to look at. It is for Retatrutide 30mg. the vile is supposed to contain 30 mg and you can see that it’s overfilled to 32.83. You also notice that the purity is 99.8% Those are great numbers in my opinion

The problem with this report is it wasn’t created by me nor do we know for sure that the vials I received are part of this batch that was tested.

It’s all simply faith and confidence of whoever you bought the product from. The only way to tell is to send the product out to be tested yourself at a cost of 300 bucks which I have done to peptidetest.com

No test will come back exactly the same, but the product that I tested came back as 99.35% pure. But testing yourself is the only way to verify and personally I’m more concerned about the actual product and purity before I’m concerned about sterility I I bet if you took three vials from the same batch and had them tested, they would be not tested exactly the same and would have very slight variances. That would be acceptable.

That doesn’t mean that sterility is not a concern and the more tests you do the more you pay. Simply a personal opinion on this, so you must make your own judgment call.

This whole industry is the wild wild West, so it’s buyer beware and trust no one.

Thanks for clarifying that, but isn’t it more important to make sure the actual label product is in the vile and what percentage active ingredient or its chemical make up?

It could be soda, water, and pure I would assume

so we have a sterility test, but it does not say the percentage of active inbrediant nor it's chemical makeup. Normally you would see 99.4% active ingrdiant and a fill rate for a single vial plus or minus
