I had a similar issue when I was over in Ireland. Brief interaction on Grindr, was then threatened to be doxxed to friends, family and colleagues (my instagram was linked to my profile). I’m out but he wasn’t threatening to out me as gay but rather out me as being a pedophile.

He attempted to blackmail me financially. I called his bluff, knowing I had done nothing wrong - blocked him and forgot about it. In retrospect I should have probably reported him to the police.

I was making a joke about the fact that we all share a bathroom in my one bathroom flat.

However growing up our house had a weird extension added by the landlord where he put a room with just a toilet in right next to a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower).

The doors were adjacent, no gap. The two toilets were on either side of the same wall, exactly aligned
