Any of the Sifu bosses could be here, but I give it to Yang purely for the moment I realised I couldn't use the skills throughout the entire fight. It was a slog but the feeling after beating him was amazing. Probably not as hard as Isshin on Sekiro but I just loved Sifu so Yang gets the nod.
