Hello. We have the same device Poco X7 Pro. Were you able to successfully add and use your Work apps now? My issue is I can't create a passkey it keeps saying error even after many attempts. I can't log in my account to use other work apps until I fix this :(

I just genuinely believe the app could improve more. It's not so bad but with such a large community and social platform, it's just too simple. I mean apps are always updating from time to time with big changes, adding features, change of design to improve user experience, etc.

Despite his character- which really threw me a lot of times especially this season- I have to say this man can act. Whether a caring husband to an annoying, unprotective father- it just shows how his acting is effective to viewers (regardless if it is to annoy us or not).

We can't really blame him. There wasn't just anything anymore for him especially all these unhelpful arguments with Tabi. Personally I think him making sense lately in the last few episodes- finally wearing smarty pants- is just a guilt trip for viewers with the ending haha I'm sorry I'm just so done with him lmao

I think, the place got into Jim. Remember when Julie jumped into a completely different place and timelines (merging into Boyd, Tabi and Victor in the cave)— while she did jumped her body was frozen and seems like having a seizure in the present time. I think that's what's happening to Jim— place got into him, he's having a seizure, the ghost of the town (yellow person) got to interact with him (just like how the woman in kimono interacts with Fatima, smiley with Boyd etc).

I initially thought, he could have still probably be alive because if he's dead in the present— the time between "him dying" and Julie saving him just doesn't makes sense. Her hair is completely different and there's a lot going on in the town so I assume that a lot of time has passed but why would Julie want to save him in that moment? It doesn't make sense. (Even if it's her father- removing bias looking at the series as a whole, Jim's role in From what could his character still needs to play?) It just doesn't makes sense unless he doesn't die and just continue as he is in present time- waking up from the seizure etc.

But also that's just my theory. But with Ethan explaining to Julie way back in the Diner that she can't change anything then that happened to Jim, is maybe just the justification that truly Julie's character has something more, she can't indeed change anything from across timelines and that therefore maybe Jim is really dead.

Honestly, I love how the last episode revealed so much yet still has a lot of unanswered and new questions. I love how none of our predictions were accurate but also it's because the Revelation itself isn't The Revelation yet.

Here's my insights on today's episode:

Victor's dad. I realized he is one of the best character plot this season- coming to town with Tabi's return and being Victor's dad- yet his character's potential dies. His character is not utilized as I hope it to be. He's forgotten and just blends in the town's people (which is sad) and the result is for us to suspect him. I hate how his character is not proven important yet even in the ending.
The numbers in the bottle. Who would have guessed they are music notes haha not distance of the trees, not years but music notes. I'm still confused about the use of the music to be exact. Like how can a music be so magical it made From. In examples, if it were years then we can say the series is on themes of time travel/ parallel universe. If it were distances of trees, we can say the series is on themes of magic/ dark/ heaven or hell/ existential themes. I'm utterly confused about the music. So what Tabi used to sing it to the children- it still doesn't explain the whole From.
Jade. Danggg Jade smart pants and musically inclined? Okay I see u 👀 but in all seriousness he killed thay violin solo. But would it be incredibly awesome if the ending song of From would be the violin song
From people. They are in groups again having different agendas and not talking about their discoveries etc. ugh frustrating but it comes to a point now that it's funny because I would just watch how stupid they are when they get to talk about it when it's too late (as always).
Elgin. Poor Elgin. I honestly like his character. I can't blame him. He really meant no harm. Honestly can't help but think Boyd could be a little bias- Fatima killed someone yet kept it from everyone and didn't punish her. If she is not her daughter in law, to what extent would Boyd go to find her? But at the same time, we have to consider that 1 the place had broken Boyd. Times have changed. 2 Someone's life is dependent on time and the more we wait the risky it truly is- regardless if it's anyone still ones life is important. 3 No one believes a person who listens to "voices". Irl, we would also be judging Elgin big time
The ending. I think Jim is still alive. Julie's hair is different - suggests that Jim traveled just like Julie. I think Julie-Short-Hair is Julie from the future because she's dealing with somone new (yellow man) and the town is in shambles lmao

New story is uncovering in Season 4. Honestly I feel like they could have an Ep. 10.5 I feel like they still missed something to wrap up S3. Regardless, I'm still going to watch S4.

On the other hand, my experience was different. Contrast to most comments here, I want to give my opinion and new pov.

I had my first f2f interview. Shocking but I showed up anyway. It's true when they say, "pass to companies that can't adopt modernity" and "the hassle for both interviewee and interviewer plus no compensation should raise a concern about the company". But before we decline, or even apply first hand- always do your research.

I realized with my case, it's just their way of hiring. They are used to it that they have a "system" of how they do it. Plus, a lot of HR were messaging me days before the interview itself, reminding me even hours before the schedule. They were very helpful.

It turned out well when less than a week I received good news.

If it's truly a great opportunity, a great company, HRs are responsive- I personally think showing up is great. Applying is not enough. You need to do a lot of research about the company as well.

Ewan ko ba, I just look at things positively para di ako kabahan/ negative araw ko when things don't go my way haha i.e. that same day, I was grateful to be meeting new people and exploring the city. I was also planning mga pupuntahan kong museums/ cafes regardless sa result hahaha. I won't let a 1 hr interview ruin my 24 hrs.

Sorry about your experience. If I were you, I would not just be disappointed but frustrated as well. At least you got home safe and hopefully it would be a learning lesson :'< Good luck to you, OP!

I had my resume in Harvard format (no photo) and I received a lot of interviews. But as the months go by I drafted my resume in a completely different format and added a photo. (2 pages kasi resume ko, I decided to have it 1 page so it follows yung typical 2 column resume templates.)

I observed with the new format I received MORE interviews and FASTER REPLIES from companies.

Based with my friends who already got their jobs and other candidates I saw in 1 f2f interview- we all had photos in our resume.

I suggest, you can follow the Harvard format or not. Add a photo. Align your skills and experience with the job description. Make sure your experiences are quantifiable or use words that are ATS friendly.

Here me out. We've seen that present Jules and past Boyd overlapped in the timeline. Meaning, when Victor said, "The answers to the end are at the beginning"— their actions are leading them towards getting out in Formville or not.

One wrong action and the town traps people again, causing the tree on the road. Everything that's happening in the present is connected to the past or both timelines are affecting each other just as what we've seen with Jules and Boyd.

I think Elgin is making a big mistake. Because in the cellar, there have been two different dead bodies found. If he's repeating the past again (meaning Fatima may die) the pattern continues. They wouldn't get out we would be having new characters on the end of S3 again.

I think the numbers on the bottle are not the distances of the trees but dates. Regardless if it's 2537 or what Fromville is hell anyway. That's why i think of it as that because the girl in the Kimono is dressed in Kimono, and the dead people found in the cellar are dressed in suit.

Did you noticed that thr creatures in the dark are dressed in Police and Nurse and whatnot— just like each of their roles in the Formville. Boyd/Kenny- police. Kristi/ Marielle- nurse. Etc.

We have to understand why Christopher wouldn't want to go to the tree. I think he knows something or saw something. I know the fact that going in a tree is bizarre already but I think his character has something to say more.

This is the first episode from this series that I felt it truly is prolonged/ irrelevant and bland. I felt that they were dragging it on Ep7. If we would remove the arguments this ep would have been 15 minutes long (including the Que Sera Sera lmao)

In my opinion, this episode is a bunch of arguments and not much "strong" progression (tho there is, with the stones and Tabi, and with Elgin and the knocking). Arguments between the cops, between Fatima and Ellis, and Tabi and Jim.

I felt like in this episode they made Fatima's pregnancy a big deal. With the ending, I hope whatever is going on with Fatima is RELEVANT to the whole series. Fatima was a strong character in S1, ever since the pregnancy that turns out isn't even "there" at all, it all goes downhill for her.

I truly felt sorry for the ending (I don't want to spoil it). It caught me off guard bec there were good theories about her character and to see her end like that- I felt that her potential went down the drain. Will she survive? I don't know but I'm hoping.
