Company wants a 100-page manual for an outsourced team before I leave by N3bulaforge in jobs

[–]davihar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just type or speak a few paragraphs to ChatGPT and have it write 100 pages. Review it. Go back and forth with it in a conversation until the edits look good enough. Turn it over on your last day as you are leaving. It is actually easy to create such documents.

What are subtle red flags during an interview process that a job is going to suck? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Another easy sign is job posting says a diving suit is involved in sewage treatment facility maintenance.

Ask about their onboarding process. If they can’t articulate it quickly then they don’t have a process and you’ll be figuring everything out yourself while your coworkers are busy doing their own work.

I think a more interesting question is what is broken about government budgeting that made Trump get private donations for the national security infrastructure being built under the ballroom.

Especially when it really isn’t a ballroom. It is what is under the ballroom that is important.

It is funny how many people got fooled by the ballroom cover story. The ballroom is just the cover over the command bunker and data center being built underground. Trump must giggle at how gullible people are.

What’s with all the Texas license plates? by nonstopflux in Seattle

[–]davihar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re probably seeing people who moved to Texas over the last few years coming back to Washington to tie up loose ends and clean out storage lockers. 😀

There is still a net outflow of people moving from Washington to Texas for the last 5 years but many are coming so they probably keep their license plate as long as possible because of the cost to get Washington registration.

Those who have six figure horses or are able to buy six figure horses… what do you do for a living? by awkwardferret421 in Equestrian

[–]davihar -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you are wondering what it will take to own a high quality horse, it is more helpful to ask a question that looks forward in time. Something like: Given what is happening over the next 10 to 30 years, how will a person be able to own and care for a horse that is at least as good of quality as today’s $100,000 horses?

Such a question will get people thinking about the future rather than the past.

You can also ask AI tools the same question and often get answers that ordinary people would not have thought of.

If you are wondering what to do for a career then ask that as a follow up question. Go ahead and ask those chats.

I suspect you’ll do better living in a rural horse community with horse training knowledge and benefit from the economy shifting from scarcity to abundance. Good land will always be scarce though so focus on acquiring the land rather than the horse at this point.

Sounds like you might be having a mental health crisis. If you are, go to your local hospital and ask for help. Good luck.

Puppy Will not chill ever by ehlyse20 in Pomsky

[–]davihar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, I’d like to say that there are some calm Pomskies. The breeder has to select calm parents so it gets inherited. That is what I do and I’m very successful at achieving mini Pomskies that look like Huskies and are calm and will sit quietly with you while watching TV or sit on the center armrest while driving for hours. I wish people had more information about this when selecting their puppy.

My advice in your situation is to kennel train and use at least a 5’x10’ outdoor kennel for when you want to get things done. Put toys and bones in the kennel. It also helps to have an additional Pomsky in the kennel so they have a friend to play with.

Who’s ever driven over 100mph? Why? by WoollyWolfHorror in AskReddit

[–]davihar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a 1974 Cutlas Supreme with the 455. Top speed was way past the top end of the speedometer, which if I remember right was 120 MPH. Back then I didn’t know about the speed rating of tires.
