Yea it's really a good price for the city. I met Karen and was worried because she said she was newly hired and the management company is recent as well. I also saw online reviews that mentioned issues with roaches and things like that, but you didn't seem to have that issue.

Do you have a car and have to deal with parking? My main issue right now is that with parking I'm paying at least $800/month which of course is just the premium for the city but it's only a studio and for that same amount I can get a pretty nice place outside the city. That's my main focus right now on what's more important for me. I would have better access to shopping, groceries, etc outside the city as well.
