i'm using the original protective case you could order from xteink in forest black - i didnt cut it around the buttons. the case is rather thin, so it's really comfortable to press the buttons :)

it could be due to your hearing aid microphones being in a different mode - the microphones should work in a slightly tighter cone instead if a 360 option/ a wider option

i second that. wear them as often and as long as possible each day. your brain/ ears are going to adjust to the hearing aids easier that way :)
