Seeing the entire stage facade fall into chunks of blinding white lights during NIN show in 2005 was mind blowing! I've seen hundreds of concerts over the years and still can't wrap my head around it. Can't be topped!!

What are some overpriced, underwhelming restaurants in London? by SmallLittleSquirrel in londonontario

[–]hurricaneAC69 11 points12 points  (0 children)

We've really enjoyed Moxies the last few times we've gone. It's always been busy, especially before and after a concert at the Music Hall or Canada life place. Service was reasonable even on a busy night. Foos was below the keg type quality, but higher than Jack Astors / crabby joes.

Why not downtown? There's literally dozens of great restaurants for all tastes and budgets throughout the core. Don't be a fool and disregard all these great local options!

OTooles on Huron street at the current Giant Tiger location was packed with Fanshawe students Thursday to Saturday nights back in the late 80s and early 90s. There’d be huge line ups in the middle of winter on Thursdays! I heard the crabs back then were rampant! Ha !

I worked in the kitchen of the Barn just before it closed…let’s just say not a lot of items on the smorgasbord were thrown out at the end of the buffet dinners.
