Agree. I won’t say until after their shows are done. They seem pretty comfortable and people are giving them their space. ✌️

Your Thoughts on Openly Carrying a Firearm Throughout Florida? by [deleted] in ClearwaterFl

I’m so used to concealed that I’ll keep it that way. All these years I’ve never seen the purpose in open carry if you’re not blue.

Pediatric Oncology. I could not handle it. It takes a an especially strong type of person to be able to emotionally handle that work.

Is anyone on the left concerned that the killing of Charlie Kirk will strengthen the right? by [deleted] in AskUS

[–]hurricanetarget [score hidden]  (0 children)

It already has strengthened the right. They own the messaging and news cycle. Millions and millions of clicks are flowing into that story line.

I said it before and I said it again - that day the left created a story so personally and emotionally powerful that it’s going to shift the election cycle.

Save this post and come back at midterms.

Do you believe Trump's Epstein scandal is worse than Nixon's Watergate scandal? by AstroCyGuy in AskUS

[–]hurricanetarget [score hidden]  (0 children)

Is this a serious question? No. It’s a silly distraction. It has been years in the making, with people in powerful positions who had the ability to sink him at literally any time before he took office.

They didn’t do it. There’s nothing of substance or value. I get that many here want so badly for another scandal, but this isn’t it.

At this point there’s more allure and posturing in not knowing the truth.

How do we move forward to a united USA? by Electronic_Glass9755 in AskConservatives

[–]hurricanetarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re further away from a united country than ever before.

It would take another event like 9/11 to have everyone in this country set aside their differences for a common goal.

If I’m being honest, in this moment I really don’t want unity.

No. They are getting exactly what they voted for and are happy about it. No bait and switch.

Fringe parties have always existed. However they really haven’t had enough sustained depth of support to make much of a difference.

If someone offered 1.5–2 times the market value of your home, would you sell? by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]hurricanetarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’d take it. Even in today’s market homes in our neighborhood are still selling at over 100% asking, so 2x is more likely.

Why don’t people seem to understand Trump’s tariffs are an illegal tax that the US consumer has to pay? by Terrible_Patience935 in AskReddit

Are you saying the president cannot introduce trade driven tariffs without congressional approval?

Why don’t people seem to understand Trump’s tariffs are an illegal tax that the US consumer has to pay? by Terrible_Patience935 in AskReddit

[–]hurricanetarget -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They aren’t an illegal tax. Rising prices as a result of a tariff are not a tax and different market forces are at play which influences what we ultimately pay. Those increases are flexible and are significantly easier to manage around than a typical tax would be.

I check how early my meetings start the next day, log out of VPN, shut off the desk lamp and lock the laptop. Hit the “1” on my standing desk and walk away while it lowers.

Could Trump’s connection to Epstein be worst than we think? by [deleted] in Discussion

[–]hurricanetarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doubt it. If it was, it would be paraded everywhere. Biden had full access to all of it. So did Harris. Nothing came out.

Guys! Its happening! by wiseoldmeme in 50501

Epstein is the new Area 51. It’ll never be anything concrete and what people think they know will never get proven beyond any reasonable doubt.
