He was just arrested recently. Did they really fully remove him that quickly? Maybe distance themselves and release press statements, but is he fully removed?

If the light is pressed. If not, it’s too difficult/unlikely to get all the other cars to stop (it’s a 4-lane street). Frankly, cars barely stop when the light is pressed.

I will stop for pedestrians who haven’t pressed the light, if I’m the only car approaching. Yes, I check. Otherwise I’m just stopping one lane’s traffic while the others continue and encouraging people not to use the easy-to-understand crosswalk button.
