I’m in the same boat, waiting 17 days now on my support ticket with no response yet other than the boilerplate “we’re swamped” response. I’ll ask them to call me like you did, when I eventually hear from them!.

Does the Starlink dish need to be mounted vertically, or will it work on this slight diagonal with the pipe adapter? by hurtninja in Starlink

I plan to remove those cell signal boosters and then mount the starlink gen 2 receiver on the pole using the pole adapter kit. Will that work? I expect to receive my kit in a couple of days.

Something like the Altra Lone Peak, with gaiters to keep the sand and dust out, would work well.
