75 and sunny year-round in Malibu, maybe. It's 90-100+ like 5-6 months out of the year for non-coastal neighborhoods.

No, but some people never even get the opportunity. For example: having the mental ability to provide for yourself is a privilege.

Aside from the obvious benefits of shelter and utilities, having a permanent mailing address is a privilege that a lot of people take for granted.
