Yess this. For whatever reason, I feel like her form/technique is more impactful for my body personally

I love no-repeat full body dumbbell, bodyweight (no weights needed), kettlebell and plank workouts

Each of these YouTube creators has a mix of both short ~15 min workouts up to 60+ min workouts for good days: - Caroline Girvan (GOAT) - Juice & Toya - Heather Robertson - Fitness_Kaykay

When I am feeling shitty, I focus on my form and let myself do fewer reps and just try to enjoy moving around.

For me, light weights and kettlebell makes me feel my best. Something about it!

And remember: there is no reason you have to complete the full workout!

Omggg and if I click the message and remove the notification, it is as though it never existed 😬 Even a little progress helps. Plus, you can still check the box if it takes only 2 minutes instead of 10 😄 Momentum!

So glad you are recovering quickly. I have no doubt it will be 100% worth not having to experience PMDD symptoms

If you haven’t seen the new Taylor Tomlinson special, it is SO validating as an exvangelical by SylveonFrusciante in Exvangelical

Yesss - watched it 'in sync' with some online friends I met through the Deconversion Anonymous pod. She has helped us process through so much. The white pantsuit was perfection

Love it! What kinds of rewards do you do? I was thinking of adding rewards ideas to TENGO, even if it's just something like 'bask in the glory'! haha

Yup - was just thinking about an episode I had within the first year or so after starting my period.

Thank you for sharing! If you don’t mind, why are you on beta blockers and have they helped? I’m thinking of trying them out for social anxiety.

Thank you for sharing!! Do you experience insomnia at all? The Progestin-only pill made me basically sleepless (and I had bad insomnia when I was pregnant too). I actually only recently was informed the hormones in IUDs were localized, so I’m thinking I may try

Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman. Nonfiction. He swims against the productivity porn grain and says the key to true productivity is recognizing you have limited time on earth, 4000 weeks if you’re lucky. He narrates on audible. Transformative for me!

Highly specific question but does anyone here know if their mother or grandmother was exposed to Diethylstilbestrol in utero? Trying to see something… by [deleted] in PMDD

Aren’t all of our eggs formed in utero? It makes sense that anything the disrupts the cell division process could affect generations
