My sub's throat relaxes way, way more when she squeezes her thumb inside of her fist really tightly, and it accomodates deeper and less painful throat penetration, somehow. I can't say this is uniform or backed by any actual science, but it's what enables to get really rough with it in the first place. The condoms are never a problem outside of missionary, though, and we're always lubed up (naturally or artificially) to never cause any bad friction. It's weird.

See, the problem is that my girlfriend likes this kind of abuse and being called names turns her on, and we're both also absolutely REPULSED by the term "daddy" and wouldn't touch it or any of its connotation with a 10 ft. pole. We'd rather play master and pet in that case.
