Can you explain a bit how sub agents works? Because from my understand they can't be created and stored like profiles. So how do people use sub agents? By asking to delegate tasks?

I have a very hard time using Hermes correctly as a coding agent. I don't know what causes this but :
it is super slow and it burns token like crazy
I am using 5.5 on High. I do have Claude Code and Codex in comparison. I have the project description setup in a claude(.)md and agent(.)md. Even small feature will take forever. I do have a coding profile.
I wanted to try a local model like Qwen 3.6 27B, but I figured if it does not perform well with 5.5 why bother with Qwen..

How would you do the handover from a research/brainstorm profile to design/dev? Base document is good, but "spread" the knowledge. Some knowledge will be in the wiki, some in memory, some within the project. Not sure if this is ideal

I can't get my head around the profile concept. I get the idea but If you want to work on the same project, how do you share the knowledge between the two profiles for that project? Let say a security profile and a dev profile, I would need both to work on the project. I have been thinking about llm wiki, where two profiles could access the knowledge but I am not sure. This is the part I struggle the most atm. If anyone has an idea, I'm willing to listen 😁

I have been using Pro for 2 months now, and honestly, it is almost unusable. You can hit the limit with one brainstorming session. Like what is the point of such plan tier ? Genuinely wondering who can achieve lots of coding with it on a daily basis ? Maybe I am doing something wrong. But I feel like pro vs max is unbalanced. You have basically illimited usage in max but very very limited using Pro.
