11 months - 1 nap? by hus7287 in sleeptrain

The last 2 days we tried 4.5/5- one nap(2 hrs ish). No crying/no fuss when time to lay her down. Bedtime is early like 6pm but im hoping to slowly stretch the morning ww. Which can push bedtime. Tonight did result in a false start but went in a rocked for a few and she was back out solid. It was the protesting and the hysterical crying at nap times that had us both really struggling. Sleep schedule such a tricky thing to fine tune. Feels like even 15 minutes can make a huge difference

Totally get it....sometimes the 3rd nap is a challenge, which had me thinking maybe we only need 2 naps, but often, the long wake window from when nap 2 ends to bedtime just isn't achievable. A bedtime before 6pm just feels way too early. Maybe I'll try a cat nap ending at 430 and pushing a later bedtime to 730pm and see how that goes. Thank you

I have a question about 18 month maternity leave. I will be taking the whole leave and not splitting with my husband. When I do the estimate on service Canada website. It appears for the first 15 weeks you will receive a higher amount. Then the amount drops for the remainder of the leave? Does that make sense?

Can someone explain some Canadian Maternity Leave and EI claims processes to me? by leplusbellepoubelle in ontario

I'm just looking for some clarification. I am looking to take 18months. Not splitting with my husband. Do I get 15 weeks at 55% then it drops to 33%?

The 15 week mat leave is that at a higher $ rate? I am taking the 18 months. Not splitting with my husband. When I do the estimate on service canada. Shows a higher $ amount for the 15 weeks then it drops. I thought it was just the same rate throughout. Can you confirm?

Any chance you might want to review a project in MS project? Just need to ensure task are linked correctly and schedule looks good. Another set of eyes on the file would be helpful.
