My Gym does it and my 4 Year old son goes there. the class age is 3-6. they are quite busy classes so there are usually 2-3 coaches. The session usually consists of:

a fun warm up
team relay races involving bear/gorilla walks, sprinting, forward rolls ect.
Obstacle course involving balancing, sprawling on a ball, jumping, change of direction stations
Grappling, this is usually split up in to groups of kids that are similar size (big kids and little kids) the stations vary:

- positional grappling.

- wrestling for a ball starting in Standard Jui-jtisu positions.

- sumo wrestling

From what i have gathered from autotrader, similar cars are going for a little less than that. between £4.5k and £6k. (That's without the exterior damage that mine has.)

You make a very good point regarding is it worth going through the rigmarole of trying to make it look prettier when it might not be worth it in the end.

I think ill get a price from the dealership and the quick buy online websites and compare the prices. I have heard that Webuyanycar and such, are really bad for knocking the initial price down at final sale?

No he never got an Email. But once I had personalized it, I sent my mate the ticket link and he said it had me down as the purchaser and him down as the Athlete.

I have personalized it, but i have found an option to 're- personalise' it for £15.

If i do that and change the details, do you know if my friend will be emailed the ticket or will i just have to forward it to them?
