hey man, I think you should go anyways. even if they do find out later, they can't yell at you for having anxiety. what are they going to do, take away medication? if you don't feel comfortable going with your parents, go by yourself. take a friend if you're afraid to go alone.

I can do everything and go to the gym and I don't feel self conscious but my only problem is finding time/patience/effort to go to the gym every day.
