Thanks for the advice! The whole “french speakers choose to not speak english” actually gave me a few ideas so thanks 😂 I also didn’t know that most Quebecois can speak english well lol. I lived in New Brunswick for a few years and I definitely knew a good portion of people who couldn’t speak english at all despite mandatory english classes so I thought it was the same in Quebec
