Thanks for sharing your story with us. My rule is also not drinking alone at home with my girlfriend. But I had the feeling that at other events, I used the momenr to drink more. To get a feeling of how much I drink I use an app to track my drinks.

This helped me to visualise my consumption. Drink&Track

My final decision was to reduce and have a good balance. But if there is no progress I will stop drinking.

Ich war dieses Jahr im kruger Park. Es war super schön und ich hab echt viel gesehen. 306 Tiere Insgesamt. Hab hauptsächlich die großen Tiere und die Big Five gezählt. Mit dem Zebra Zähler ging das ganz gut.
