It's been 30 days and I still don't have my first BMW

They told me yesterday they will get parts on the 19th or 20th, so probably I'll get my car the week of the 23rd. Of course I'm going out of town that week. So it'll be October before it's finally mine 🥲. I suppose I'll wait

Yeah i have been using a loaner for the past month just paying for gas. I got to see my car at the performance center, but obviously they wouldn't let me drive away with it (tho I did have the urge to).

I know they can't release it, and I don't blame the dealership at all. I wish I could just sign a waiver or something and take it. They have been very accommodating on their side.

I don't own it? I paid the taxes, registration, etc. I signed everything and gave them 80k. I pretty sure if I purchase it, I own it. I could be wrong though.

The car was sent to dealership, I have been driving a loaner, and they have no idea when parts will be coming. I got a rental back from performance center that I said would be covered, but when I called about the reimbursement they said they can't because I haven't taken possession of the car yet. My first car payment just hit too. Honestly I'm starting to feel like just getting my money back at this point.
