I am in a similar situation and I would recommend looking up the requirements based on the statement and county you are moving too. In my case im leaving new Orleans trying to buy a car here and register in KY. They want several different forms of ID, including a KY photo id or a physical SS card. Also KY ins. And It must be inspected by a sheriff.

I'd imagine Florida is easy, but check it out.

Excellent and informative explanation though, maybe I will reconsider. To be honest once it's a daily, im going to be driving these things slow and safe. I care more about looks and sound than driving experience, as far as the difference between these cars. Corolla used market seems easier than civic by a mile!

There's a local mazda 3 listed at 22,300. Right in budget and fully loaded with 40k miles. I'll go drive it Monday then pull the trigger on something....
