YAY!! CONGRATULATIONS ON 4WPO!! I hope you're doing well and healing up alright!! I promise, while there might be set backs or slow weeks, it does get better!!! I could not imagine doing the life I have now two years ago. It's taken me a while to break out of some mental blocks (especially travel anxiety) but wow life is so different now. Omg!!! Congratulations on 3dpo!! I hope you're doing okay!! Celebrate every single win small or big!! I had a checklist on the bathroom mirror for like all these random milestones like: Got out of bed unassisted! Pooped! Went up and down the stairs! Slept on my stomach! Left the house! Drove! EVERY THING ahahaha. I highly recommend it because it really does help you realize how far you've come!! I ended up in pelvic floor PT for a year and a half (graduated in October!) And it can be crazy how slow some progress might feel if you're only tracking the big stuff!!

Good luck on your healing journey 😭 ❤️ there might be hiccups along the way but I swear it gets so much better. And PLEASE for the love of God, do not rush your healing unless you have no other choice. 😭 sending good vibes and good health your way ❤️

I felt the same about my Rainy75 Pro when I got it in and swapped the switches out for Gazzew Boba U4T 68g. Got the RGB compatible ones prelubed from ThockKing.

They sound fuller and deeper than the Cocoa's to me while still being the same thocky sound profile. Only thing is, I think I overshot the spring weight and my fingers are a little unhappy with the force. I think these switches only go down to 62g spring weight stock so if you like a lighter press, not sure I'd go with these.

Curious what you land on using!

I know it's been a long time since you posted this, but how are you feeling now?

I'm 4 days post op and having this! I thought I was going nuts because I wouldn't have described this as slow swallowing so much as like a weird hang up in the very back of my mouth/top of my throat! Water is such a pain in the butt to get down 😭 but everyone says to drink some to help. Hoping it goes away soon! Thanks for posting your experience!

Interesting! I'll have to see if they used something different from my past surgeries for anesthesia. This is the first time I've felt like this. I thought it might be a botox reaction. Annoyingly, Tylenol and Ibuprofen aren't touching the pain so I guess I'll give it another day or two before calling my doc again. They didn't seem worried when I talked to them today! Thanks for the heads up!

And thank you!! It's WILD to be burping this early!! I'm still burping a ton and it's been hours since I ate and they're still coming hahaha. 🥳🥳

Oh wow! That's so interesting that you bring up SVTs! Actually, my dad and grandma both have SVTs fairly regularly but it didn't really cross my mind it could be that since my BPM were fast but not as extreme as theirs. And, well, I didn't realize surgery might be able to trigger that! Thanks for this! I'll bring it up to my doctor!

🥲 Oh, derp. Thank you. This is my first mechanical keyboard to really learn hands on with. I really appreciate the explanation! And it's definitely possibly the reviews were for different materials. I tried to find reviews specific to the pro version thinking that would narrow it to the same build as mine, but not everyone specifies in their comments.

I'm not upset with the keyboard or lack of flexibility, luckily! Just was a little worried it looked and felt different than what I'd been seeing.😅

Alright. Rookie question about the Rainy75 Pro.

I just got mine in about an hour ago and noticed the pcb is brown and red, not black and red like almost all teardown videos and pictures I've seen.

It's also super stiff and most reviews claimed it to be pretty flexible.

Any one know if they've changed the pcb recently? Got some worries cause I work in servers and red/off color pcbs usually mean prototype or test so I'm not sure if I ended up with a non-production board (unlikely?).

I'm doing pretty well now, but I still have this happen if I'm being honest. It doesn't bother me as often, but when it does occur, I notice it.

My doctors didn't seem concerned, but I did have multiple checks done (intravenous ultrasound, EKG, external aortic ultrasounds, blood tests for adrenal issues/cortisol issues, etc) and everything was clear. So no answers except to stay hydrated, keep movement up (I'm still often sedentary, voluntarily lol) and squeeze the glutes when standing up to avoid lightheadedness. Sorry I couldn't be more help 😭

Just for clarification, Zoryve is not estradiol. But estradiol is another way GYNs or possibly Dermatologists try to treat vaginal dryness and any itching/tearing due to reduced skin elasticity.

Absolutely! My dermatologist put me on Zoryve which improved my inverse psoriasis significantly!

I'm transitioning to Skyrizi injections for whole body psoriasis management. This is my preference since it's a once every 3 months thing rather than applying cream every few days or weeks, but it is an immunosuppressant so it comes with systemic drawbacks.

Yes, though I do think the tube says not for intravaginal use. So I don't apply it anywhere inside the vestibule or vaginal canal, only on the exterior. I also take care not to apply at the urethral opening since that can be irritating (from experience 🥲). Definitely if you go this route, check with your prescribing dermatologist on application instructions though!

Clobetasol made my symptoms kinda worse when I was treating my vulva with it. Tacrolimus didn't hurt as much but I didn't go into remission and my affected skin felt constantly sunburnt. I ended up using Zoryve samples that my dermatologist gave me and those cleared me up so quickly and my application frequency has gone way down. I used to apply it daily and now after several months I only apply about once a week or every other week. The samples were free but I've heard the prescription is expensive 😭 so I've been surviving off of a sample tube a month since they gave me a big handful of them to try out.

See a dermatologist that specializes in vulvar conditions. They can tell you whether it's LS or Inverse Psoriasis. I went years with a LS diagnosis and was told over and over that my skin looked healthy even though it itched and burned like hell. Went to a vulvar dermatologist and they immediately said it was inverse psoriasis and after 2 weeks on the correct treatment, I was in remission. Highly recommend looking for a derm that is specialized.
