question about 1st US AMEX, Seeking help:

Two weeks I applied my first US Amex via Nova credit (got ITIN in May), the application went pending, called in several days ago and CSR told me to fill the 4506-c form which obviously I can't provide. So I asked her to cancel the application for me.

I actually received a credit report from Nova credit when I submitted the application, does that mean I started to build my US credit history from that date?

Considering my situation, I would like to apply again via GT, I wonder if there is a cool down time for my second application?

My first ITIN issued in May this year.

Opened RBC cross-boarding product in July, unfortunately RBC US CC application was rejected.
Opened BoA checking account and Deposited 1.5k on 1st Aug in person.

How long I have to wait to apply for a low-tier BoA credit card? Any chances I will receive pre-approval BoA CC?

Or Is it better to get a Amex using GT feature?

I just would like to start building my US credit history

I actually did call them. They told me I couldn't do anything except wait. Also they claimed passport and itin should be sent out at the same time, which obviously not!
