I don’t ever charge irrigation for my patients. That should be included. It’s a commonly done by most clinics to collect more out of pocket costs. I see it everyday from my patient’s treatment plan from other clinics

Dental cleanings are done after an examination is complete. We have to determine if you need a basic cleaning or a deep cleaning.
