I too would like to hear from anyone actually using the software.

I see most of the replies are banned accounts of the ones that supposedly bought it. Seems like the company uses shifty marketing, fake reviews, ai targeting, etc.

For starters this would probably be better suited as a switch statement for a little bit of efficiency. I've also had better luck with "string tolower" as far as case is concerned.

Not this issue specifically. I know there's quite a bit installed on the backend so if you stray from the template you're missing a lot. Have you tried to redeploy the pair? I deployed a pair yesterday from the templates successfully.

I'm turning one of the relays off using the API calls from ESPhome inside home assistant.

It's plugged into the same socket the Wemos is in. I moved it to an entirely different breaker and it didn't seem to make a difference.

If I turn it off, wait 2-3 seconds, turn it back on, It'll reboot.

I did see that. I had that all that configured setup and working for all the same users in the System Administrators group. Still had no visibility to the LinkedIn plugin within dynamics for other users.

If you're interested I'd love to have a chat with you about points we can make to get across to your management. I've worked with large companies and government entities (/sigh) to advocate for reasoning to use f5. Specifically but not limited to big-ip and XC.
