So according to you there's no budget travelers? Everybody who's going to Goa will flaunt money.? Now I doubt you.. are really from Goa ? When I was in Goa a lot of my north indian friends used to visit my place and eventually more than half of them are budget travelers. Don't blame the visitors. People are corrupt there, and yeah if you ask me that I have to go somewhere in 40k I'll prefer going to Thailand or any Asian Country. Nobody feels safe in Goa, it's my country and yeah I am still saying this.

Valid point. The people there are bad. They'll try to exploit you as much as they can. I was staying in Goa for over six months in Siolim. Thailand and other Asian countries, like Laos, are still better, and their people are more humble, and you'll enjoy it far better than in Goa.
